How To Use This Service
Decide on your best option:
Some countries have a subscription service as well as a pay as you use service. For a pay as you go service, you pay the rescue service for each callout. For the subscription service, you will not be charged for your callouts.

Download our app:
on Google play or App store and register for the service
Start using:
Whenever your car breaks down on the road, send an alert from your app
Security:
The app creates a PIN for you and contacts the nearest autobreakdown rescue officials. For safety, the autobreakdown official's PIN must match your PIN
If you have paid for the service, your car will be fixed or towed at no additional cost to you
If you are using a pay as you go service, you must make payment before the rescue service comes to you
Multiple callouts: maximum of 3 callouts a month and 10 callouts a year.
For pre-paid users, the vehicle is covered, regardless of the driver

The vehicle is covered - not the individual
We don't respond to breakdowns due to empty petrol tanks
We don't buy or provide petrol
All cars must be roadworthy. This service is for genuine breakdowns
Repeat callouts for the same problem: pre-paid services we will not deal with the same problem within 28 days of the previous callout
Our Coverage (Where We Operate)
Lagos: the paid service will work only in Lagos, until the end of 2025
After 2025, the paid service will be gradually rolled out to other parts of the country
Nationwide: the free/pay-as-you-go service can be used anywhere in the country. However we cannot guarantee the availability and competence of the operators.
