Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Simply download the app, register and whenever you have a vehicle breakdown send for assistance and one of our operators will come to assist you. Full details on how the service works can be seen hereL How we work

There are 2 types of users: those who use the free service and those who pay for the premium service. For the those who use the paid/premium services, we send vetted operators (tow driver or mechanics) to them. For the free users, all we do is link them with the nearest available mobile mechanics or tow vehicle operators. It is up to them to negotiate with the operators and to decide whether they are happy to use them. However, every time our users use the services of these operators, we ask them to rate the operators. They give them star-rating and leave comments. That way everyone is able to determine which operators are reliable and which ones are untrustworthy.

At the launch of the service - at the start of 2025 - the subscription service will cover Lagos state only. This is a pilot scheme but we will will gradually expand our coverage to other states, later in 2025. Please keep checking back to see when your state is included. Until then, only the Pay As You Go (PAYG) service may be used outside Lagos. PAYG service will suffice for many users but we will not be able to guarantee the quality of service.

Yes, they will. The paid service will start in Lagos and Abuja and once we are satisfied with the trial run, we will extend it to other parts of the country. Users outside Lagos and Abuja can still download the app and register but they may not be able to use the paid/premium service until March or April 2025.

For security reasons, this service will run only between 7am - 10pm daily. Outside these hours, you may have to rely on the PAYG service, if they are still in operation.
